Tasty Tidbits: Cabbage greens can be used in any way you’d use a head of cabbage. All forms of cabbage are delicious raw in salads, made into sauerkraut, shredded on tacos instead of lettuce, or as a bread replacement to hold all varieties of fillings. Cabbage can be cooked in just about any way you can imagine as well.
